Job Summary:

The main objective of this position is to oversee the day-to-day financial affairs, ensure accurate record keeping, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage payments and ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will have to perform the following responsibilities:
- Accurately record and process daily financial transactions (AP, Bank, Cash, Journals) in accounting software.
- Maintain all financial documents complete, organized and ready for audit.
- Ensure the preparation and accuracy of payment and banking related documents.
- Perform Month-End Closing including accruals, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare payment schedules and process payments on a weekly basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Handle invoice approvals, expense claims and petty cash issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and internal control principles.
- Liaise with vendors and banks and resolve issues related to payments or invoices.
- Assist with tax-related matters, prepare withholding summaries and maintain related documentation.
- Provide full support during internal and external audits.
* Improve financial processes through effective use of accounting software and internal tools.
🎯 Job Requirements (Job Specifications):

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- ICMA / ACCA finalists will be preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and ERP accounting software
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Teamwork and good communication skills
