Key Responsibilities: How You Will Contribute
- Support facility access for the coding team, including LifePoint and vendor coders
- Generate DNFC, productivity, and monitoring reports; analyze coding data
- Monitor staffing needs and coordinate resources
- Respond to requests from departments, physicians, patients, and families
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork and transparency
- Assist with special projects assigned by coding leadership
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and execute tasks efficiently
