Job Summary	We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence in the Scottsdale market. You’ll create content, appear in videos, and represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities	Manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn Visit job sites weekly to capture content Film and appear in videos (walkthroughs, before/after, client interactions) Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content Develop creative ideas highlighting projects and brand Handle full content cycle: scripting, filming, editing, posting Monitor engagement and respond professionally Track performance metrics Stay updated on social media trends
Requirements	Comfortable on camera with strong presence Willing to travel to Scottsdale regularly Strong content creation & video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut) Eye for design, detail, storytelling Self-starter, able to manage field work and posting schedules Knowledge of social media trends, especially short-form video
