Responsibilities	Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct day-to-day operations of a plant Serve on committees, maintain inventory, and follow department budget guidelines
Qualifications	Minimum 2 years experience as Maintenance Director in plant operations Knowledge of building service practices and Assisted Living Facility regulations in MA preferred Ability to plan and execute repair and equipment installation programs Leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills Strong passion for seniors
